A lightweight breathable S120’s woollen fabric at a 230g/ 8oz weight: perfect for summertime.
The number S120 stands for Super 120’s and refers to the average diameter of the yarn - the higher the number, the finer the resulting fabric. Along with the fabric weight, this is an indicator of higher quality.
Tropical weave is made using fine delicate yarns and a plain weave structure (also known as twill weave). This fabric features an open structure, making it more breathable than traditional fabrics. It repels moisture and allows for a smooth flow of air circulation. A classically elegant pair of pants, designed for summertime.
We put our trust in the hands of Vitale Barberis Canonico, who have been producing high-quality wool since 1663. Their company follows sustainable and responsible practices and adheres to the Global Recycle Standard (GRS).
Care
We recommend dry cleaning this garment, as indicated on the label. If worn in the rain: once you’re back inside, let it air dry away from any heat sources. This keeps fabric fresh and new.
When you’re not wearing the jacket, empty the pockets and hang it on a large and sturdy clothes hanger: that way the sleeves, shoulders and pockets will keep their shape.

We’ve carefully designed our packaging, selecting sustainable materials in order to reduce waste and make the packing process easier for our artisans.
The cardboard is fully recycled and recyclable, as is the twine and packing tissue. Depending on your purchase, you’ll also find one or more cotton bags for your convenience: reuse them for home and wardrobe storage, or for organizing your things when going away on trips.
