Tumbled and suede leather
To our tumbled leather, we’ve added that ancestral feel of suede leather: for a shoe with a rustic look experienced through its contrasts and craftsmanship.
Our tumbled leather is full grain, and its texture is made through lightly pressing the leather, recreating its natural grain but giving it a more uniform look.
Suede leather defines the profiles. Its texture is created by buffing the hide’s surface: this abrasive process gives it that typical velvety feel.
Strobel construction
Strobel construction makes for a particularly lightweight and flexible shoe that suits casual style.
The process begins with careful study of the leather; after finding the best part, the artisan cuts and shapes it round the last to form the upper. This is then delicately hammered to smooth down the seams and soften the parts that come into contact with the foot. Now the outsole can be attached and the shoe is ready to be finished and polished.
Rubber sole
The so-called box sole is typically used for sneakers. It’s made out of a rubber blend and sewn to the upper at the sides. This shoe is designed to be lightweight, smooth and flat.
Care
We value the signs of time passing. Here’s how:
- Use a brush to get rid of dust and dirt.
- Store your shoes in a cool dry place.
- After a day of rain, let the shoes dry away from any heat sources.
- Spray deodorizer/ sanitizer on the inside of the shoes and wait a few hours before wearing them.

Our packaging
We’ve carefully designed our packaging, selecting sustainable materials in order to reduce waste and make the packing process easier for our artisans.
The cardboard is fully recycled and recyclable, as is the twine and packing tissue. Depending on your purchase, you’ll also find one or more cotton bags for your convenience: reuse them for home and wardrobe storage, or for organizing your things when going away on trips.

Production is based in Montegranaro, in the Marche region, where the tradition of shoemaking has deep roots. For a product that lasts, we only select leathers that age well and put our trust in people who have been in this industry for generations. The artisans in our workshops have learned the job through family and know each and every trade secret.
