If you suddenly found yourself in a place so wonderful, would you follow a guide or would you let yourself go with the flow? We’re in the South of Italy, com’on, turn right and let’s get lost. Let yourself be carried around by your feet and throw away the usual guides. If you want to live an adventure, isn’t it easier to just enjoy it? Gravina in Puglia, here we go.

They’re light and flexible. Designed to be with you in those beautiful narrow streets, typical of tiny Italian villages. White stone houses, bright red sunsets and the burning sunlight of the South, these are the places where they’re at their best. They love to travel and they’ve got a soft soul that makes them perfect for the wildest adventures. Rather, the more difficult, the better.
The soft and flexible Penny Loafers. They can boast a difficult-to-find comfort thanks to the “a sacchetto” construction, unique in its kind. Designed to be paired with comfy linen pants. Oh, and no socks, thanks.

The soft and flexible “Indianine”. They get their peculiar style from the nomadic cultures of the gipsy tribes. Designed to be casually thrown in a weekender bag and taken away in distant travels. Beware though: they’ve got freedom in their dna.

The names
Fironatt
In Milanese, he’s the chestnut-peddler you usually meet at local fairs. This term comes from “fironi”: chestnuts were first cooked in the oven and then pierced like a necklace.
The neames
Ciapparatt
In Milanese, he’s the man in charge of capturing mice and rats. Specifically “ciapà” stands for catching, and “ratt” are the rats. As most humid and smoggy cities, Milan was full of rats back in the day. “Va a ciapà i ratt” is a very popular local idiom which essentially means: “go to hell!”
Hidden gems around the city and stunning natural landscapes. The most beautiful part of any story is the collection of its behind-the-scenes. We’d love to show you where we went and the extraordinary people we met on the way.
Where were we?
Gravina in Puglia
For our video, we chose Gravina in Puglia. The “gravine” are erosive incisions in the land that can go down as deep as 100 meters. Similar to the eye to the famous Canyons, they’re dug throughout centuries by meteoric waters. Their walls, steep and sometimes similar to vertical cliffs by the sea, can be as close as a few meters or as distant as more than 200 meters.
Who did we meet?
Fantastic people
We’ve met many people, all extraordinary, kind at heart and, quite simply, beautiful. Benito the GPS grandpa, Nina the wonderful cook, and Peppino, the “Michele Alboreto” of Ape Cars. We even played a fiery hand of “briscola” with Federico aka Nerriç, Domenico aka zì Mingücc and Giuseppe aka Peppinücc.

Shoes need care and love.
The more you follow these steps, the longer your shoes will last:
1. Take the dust off your shoes by gently brushing with your brush
2. Using the correct spreading shoe polish brush, spread the polish all over the shoe surface
3. Leave the cream to work for about 20 minutes until it completely dries out. Brush and use the glove to remove the cream remaining on the shoe
Inside the box, you'll find all the info in the details.
