Description
The unlined boat shoe with mask, in greased, soft and classy nubuck calfskin. The white rubber sole, as per sailor tradition, gives a good grip to these shoes with a delicate pitch. They're tobacco coloured: wear them with a cardigan with shawl collar in shades of caramel, a blue shirt and fresh linen Bermuda shorts. Without socks, of course. On warm walks by the sea it gets lost in the colour of the sand. Scent of freedom.

Construction
It’s like a glove. The tubular moccasin construction is when the upper forms a leather tube that sits on top of the sole. It’s the definition of softness and flexibility, and feels like having a pair of slippers on your feet.
Color
Unrefined leather goes through the traditional process called “tanning”. And is treated so to prevent it from decomposition or loss in flexibility. Afterwards, the leather is put in a rotating wood barrel with water and tobacco brown coloring solution for dyeing. Water is then warmed up to 60°C to help the color bind to the leather for a lasting finish.
Material
Full grain calfskin, the most external and precious part, undergoes a delicate buffing: this process consists in slightly abrading the leather surface, obtaining a fine velvety effect. The addition of grease gives it a soft and silky appearance, with chiaroscuro giving it a certain ever-changing movement. Each one is unique.
Sole
It’s made with anti-slip rubber, perfect for facing a boat surface; not to mention your everyday life. As the old sailing tradition encourages, the shape of this sole isn’t flat: indeed, it’s got a small heel.
